A General Meeting of Vislink plc was held today, Friday 7th March 2008 at 10:00 am to consider, and if thought fit, pass resolutions concerning the adoption of a new executive long-term incentive plan, employee share incentive plan and US share purchase plan. The details of the proposals had previously been sent to shareholders.
